Trevor is a senior Commercial Voice major at Belmont and is excited to pursue a career in music. During his time at Belmont, he has had some amazing musical opportunities including being one of four selected artists in the School of Music’s Commercial Music Showcase 2017-18, singing with recording artist Sheryl Crow at Christmas at Belmont, and being hired by CMT and Cracker Barrell to be a performer and to promote the CMT Crossroads show featuring Leon Bridges and Luke Combs. He released his first single, “Feels Good to be Loved,” last February and is working on writing as much music as he can to prepare for a publishing deal. Outside of Belmont, he has begun playing around Nashville at the Hilton Hotel and Trattoria il Mulino right across from Bridgestone Arena as well as various other appearances around town. Earlier this year, he won second place for a national songwriting competition, Music For the Cause, for his inspiring song, “Light in the Dark.” Trevor also has been a worship intern at Hillvue Heights Church in Bowling Green, KY, his hometown over the last two summers and has learned a lot not only about worship, but about live performance as well. Trevor is very excited for his future in the music industry and hopes you will enjoy his music!
